Incident timeline shows your time zone

A small release with one important fix. Incident timelines now use the time zone from your profile, not the time zone of the server that recorded the event.

Fixes

• Incidents that crossed a daylight saving change showed events an hour early or late.

• The time zone picker on the timeline ignored your choice after a page reload.

• Exported CSV files used local server time. They now use UTC and say so in the header row.

If you shared a timeline link before today, it will show the corrected times without any action from you.
